The Hamal Ezrachi works to strengthen and train graduates who believe in advancing Israeli society and the values of the Declaration of Independence. The goal is to train a new generation of young leaders, committed to the values of the Declaration of Independence, Zionism and liberal democracy, strengthening the connection between them, the region and social action.
Amit (Mutual Guarantee, Information, Counseling and Support) is a new program to promote civic engagement through mentoring, accompaniment and providing psychological support to people at risk or with minimal symptoms.
The program is based on humanistic values with an emphasis on respect, tolerance and equal opportunities."
Bishvilenu, a unique path to identity project, offers youth enriching and challenging experiences in the spirit of the values of the Declaration of Independence. The goal of the project is to strengthen the personal, moral, social and community identity of youth, encourage social involvement and deepen the sense of belonging to the country.
Innovative and Inviting Educational Environments project aims to establish educational spaces and kindergartens for communities affected by the war, with the aim of restoring a sense of stability to children and their families. A team of experts in the fields of education and pedagogical design helps create beneficial educational environments matching the needs of the children and the community.
Enfolding in Human Capital /Resources, partners with local authorities in the Israel Envelope to support and empower human resources in education such as: recruiting and screening candidates, well-being assessment surveys, recognition meetings, support for initiatives from the field, resilience journeys and volunteer days, and programs for professional empowerment and teaching training.
Brothers and Sisters at Heart is a program that provides support and rehabilitation to victims of the "Iron Swords" war and their families.The activity is carried out in collaboration with medical entities, the Ministry of Defense, and other non-profit organizations aiming to help victims return to normal life and to strengthen the spirit and community.
Medical assistance in isolated and challenging areas in terms of accessibility given the intense warfare in the north. The method of operation is to provide medical personnel to the wounded or to provide the wounded to medical personnel. The assistance will be made possible through the use of diverse mobility and maneuverability options.
